**About Role**
The Clinical Educator is responsible for leading key opinion leader (KOL) lifecycle management and developing and executing global, regional, and local education strategies for peer-to-peer programs. This role involves working closely with KOLs include designing and executing educational initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, workshops, and scientific advisory boards, as well as conducting patient and caregiver training on ostomy and wound care products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leads KOL lifecycle management
+ Leads Global/Regional/Local education strategy, management and execution of peer-to-peer programs
+ Work closely with KOLs to assist in monitoring product-related case-studies especially for the purpose of new product listing and evaluation in the hospitals.
+ Compliance aspects of the relationships, e.g. contracts, reporting, payments, and confirmation of services, etc.
+ Creates and reviews podium presentations for peer to peer programs (e.g. webinars, podcast, workshops, etc.)
+ Designs, manages and executes scientific advisory panels/boards and KOL development sessions.
+ Conducting ostomy teaching to patients and caregivers in the usage of our ostomy products
+ Conducting trouble-shooting sessions for patients with ostomy complications when the need arises
+ Be able to recommend the right ostomy and wound products that best suit patients’ needs.
+ Develop and maintain account management plans to drive growth strategies for key accounts; monitor sales progress and identify opportunities across accounts.
+ Work collaboratively with the marketing team and the Sales Team to provide support in education programs for HCP and sales activities for both ostomy and wound care franchise.
+ Work closely with the ConvaTec’s Customer Service Personnel in providing excellent after-sales service to patients and facilitate the running of ConvaTec Membership Program / Rewards Program to ensure customer retention.
+ Performs other duties assigned
**To be successful you will have:**
+ Previous experience as a Clinical Educator/Trainer within the Medical Device or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong business relationships with health care professionals.
+ Possess good presentation skills.
+ Customer-oriented and committed to providing high standard of service.
+ motivated, and able to work independently.
+ Possess excellent organizational and planning skills in the implementation of educational programs.
+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision by the manager and is reviewed occasionally while in progress for accuracy and completeness.
+ Committed to a high standard of excellence which includes working professionally and ethically.
+ Computer literate to an intermediate level including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Flexibility and can travel to up country
