We are rapidly growing our team of school-based clinicians in Colorado for the 2024-2025 school year and we would love to have you join our team for your CFY.
At AnthroMed we are committed to providing CF-SLPs with the necessary support and resources to be successful in the beginning years of their career.
We are currently interviewing new grads who would be interested in joining our team and working in one of our partner schools in the Aurora area.
Our Process:
+ Apply and meet the AnthroMed Team. Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us to learn all about our process and the support we provide!
+ Learn about you- What grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with? How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with!
+ Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each role.
Clinical Fellow Support:
+ AnthroMed has a vast network of wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentors to match you with
+ Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
+ We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFYs.
+ Generous materials stipend for the school year
+ You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Colorado

AnthroMed offers up to $2,000 relocation assistance for SLPs that are moving to Colorado from out of state!
Qualifications:
+ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
+ Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting preferred
+ Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality speech therapy services to students
+ Ability to obtain Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through LARA
Compensation: Full salary paid weekly ranging from $60,000–$85,000, based on experience.
