AnthroMed Education is a growing practice of Speech-Language Pathologists who support students in schools by providing high-quality speech services. We are expanding our team on the East Coast and welcome Clinical Fellows for this unique role near Reading, PA!
Clinical Fellow Support:
+ AnthroMed Education will ensure you have a wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentor
+ Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
+ We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFs
+ Generous materials stipend for the school year
+ You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Pennsylvania

Job Description:
+ Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students
+ Conduct evaluations of speech and other disorders for children in K-5 th grade
+ Develop individualized treatment plans with goals targeting elementary aged children
+ Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and other assistive technologies as needed
+ Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs
+ Engage in continuous professional learning and development through supervision, mentorship, and ongoing education
+ Work collaboratively with other staff members within the school district including educators, family members, etc.
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
+ School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-5 th Graders
+ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
+ Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
+ Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range : $57,720 - $58,915 (based on qualifications and experience).
