We are currently supporting multiple districts in Colorado Springs who are looking for highly qualified SLPs for the 2024-2025 school year!


Clinical Fellow Support:

AnthroMed has a vast network of wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentors to match you withBi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our teamWe provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFYsGenerous materials stipend for the school yearYou will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of ColoradoOur website: www.AnthroMed.education

AnthroMed offers up to $2,000 relocation assistance for SLPs that are moving to Colorado from out of state!


Responsibilities:

Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plansProvide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPsConduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skillsUse professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisionsCreate a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials)Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetingsDevelop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvementEnsure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelinesAssist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disordersOther duties as assigned

Requirements:

Anticipated Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersEligibility for CDE licensureSchool internship
