About this position

The Clinical Integration Analyst will work closely with Clinical Integration Development Teams, Work Groups, and North Collaborative Care members to design, implement and monitor new clinical care pathways. In particular, this individual will work with data architects and clinical analysts to ensure teams have appropriate and meaningful data that informs project prioritization, enables management of clinical processes and demonstrates achievement of outcomes. This position requires clinical knowledge, project management skills, and strong analytical capabilities.

 

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• Clinical degree (BSN, MSN) desired
• Masters / Graduate degree in related field such as Healthcare Administration or Allied Health desired   

Experience

• 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or a related field
• Previous experience in quality management, population health management and/or utilization management (both inpatient and ambulatory preferred)
• Previous experience in Healthcare IT, Electronic Health Records software administration, healthcare database development or report development desired
• Previous experience in the development of screen / web based data entry and data review applications desired
• Previous experience maintaining the integrity of a database desired • Knowledge of relevant IT systems (e.g. risk adjustment, predictive modeling, disease registry and care management, Electronic Health Records software, healthcare databases)
• Moderate to high knowledge of statistics and their use in outcome reporting
• Strong writing, analytical and presentation/communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of the member organizations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio
• Ability to perform database queries or experience with Microsoft SSMS, Oracle SQL Developer, Crystal Reports, or reporting other tools
• Ability to engage in critical thinking and creative problem solving
• Intellectual curiosity, and persistence and creativity in problem solving
• Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies
• Proven organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Ability to define project management processes, tools and templates as required for the project
• Extensive knowledge of quality management programs (e.g. NCQA, NQF, PCMH, ACO, etc.)
