ResponsibilitiesProvide system analysis for new laboratory instruments and maintain existing instruments.Assist in the validation and verification of lab instruments.Troubleshoot and repair existing lab equipment, interacting with vendors for maintenance and repair of analytical instruments.Support lab personnel to successfully implement analysis results within specific time frames.Complete performance qualification (PQ) and maintain deployed instruments with precision.Coordinate the deployment of equipment with operational staff.Perform unit system testing, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and calibration; conduct validation tests as needed.Assist in developing standard operating procedures and test procedures for new technologies, and performance qualification (PQ) teams for existing technologies.Aid in the installation of new instruments.Provide basic operational training for end users on analytical instruments.Evaluate laboratory support records for compliance with standard operating procedures, review their integrity and accuracy, and report findings.RequirementsProven knowledge in the operation of mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, relational databases, and other analytical instruments.Familiarity with PPD or CRO/pharmaceutical industry systems.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills with vendors.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Capability to train others and work in a collaborative team environment.
