Role OverviewAs a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you’ll perform essential diagnostic testing to support high-quality patient care. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accuracy, compliance, and reliability in moderate to high complexity laboratory testing.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic testing and quality controls
Prepare reagents and report results per policy and procedure
Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing
Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications
Maintain lab equipment and supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications🧪 Certification & Licensure
Required: Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
🎓 Education
Required: Associate’s in Medical Technology or related field
Preferred: Bachelor’s in a related field
📊 Experience
Required: Clinical laboratory experience
Minimum: 4 months of experience in area of specialization
