Provides oversight of Laboratory activities including issues associated with pre-analytic, analytic, and post analytic testing, mainly in but not limited to Microbiology, Molecular, and Histology. Consults with Administrative Director, Manager, Supervisors, Leads, and the Medical Director relative to technical issues. Assesses, implements, and sustains Quality improvements in the department and documents this work. Assists with the development of department policies and procedures. Implement and enforce department and hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required for CLS Upon hire: Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist License Montana 1 year Laboratory leadership 3 years Clinical experience in a laboratory Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback Demonstrates problem solving skills Demonstrates a high commitment to qualityPreferred Qualifications:
