Clinical Laboratory Trainer
**Req Number** 148925 Job Description Coordinates educational programs to ensure staff recruitment and retention. Delivers programs to foster learning and contribute to staff competency. Participates in all educational activities for the department staff. Job Responsibility 1.Collaborates with quality/performance improvement and clinical laboratory and support management to access educational needs. 2.Evaluates effectiveness of training. 3.Implements approved standardized training and competency testing material. 4.Coordinates training efforts with laboratory education to ensure communication of policies and procedures affecting laboratory testing and support functions. 5.Delivers orientation program for new hires 6.Assists with coordination of technical and non-technical training programs for staff and maintains records of staff. 7.Mentors and trains team members on technical skills. 8.Assists team members in the selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach. 9.Performs related duties as required.
