A bit about the job

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in identifying and evaluating emerging healthcare trends, treatments, and technologies. Working within a dedicated innovation team, you’ll provide clinical oversight to ensure that new solutions align with Aviva’s standards and improve patient outcomes as well as shape strategic decisions, helping the business react swiftly to market changes and deliver groundbreaking healthcare propositions. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess opportunities, drive research initiatives, and support the evolution of Aviva’s healthcare offerings.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

A medical degree with General Medical Council registration or an allied healthcare qualification with relevant regulatory body registration.Strong analytical skills to assess clinical data, evaluate innovations, and ensure regulatory compliance.Experience in clinical research, concept testing, or evaluating healthcare advancements.The ability to think strategically, balancing commercial viability with patient-centric care.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
