Clinical Leader Urogynecology
Job Details

ChristianaCare is seeking a Clinical Leader for the Urogynecology division in Newark, Delaware. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to standardize clinical care, drive performance outcomes, and ensure alignment with Medical Group priorities. The Clinical Leader will collaborate with Operational and Service Line leadership to achieve goals, focusing on clinical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement. Additionally, they will manage clinical care across all settings, supervise providers (physicians and APCs), and work closely with the practice administrator to optimize care delivery. This position requires strong leadership, clinical oversight, and a commitment to enhancing the health of our patients. This role includes .8 clinical time and .2 administrative time.

Highlights:

Manage physicians and APCs across multiple locations, including recruitment, development, performance oversight, and coaching; ensure compliance with clinical and operational workflows, and collaborate with Practice Administrators to meet staffing needs and KPIs.Lead strategic initiatives to improve clinical care, optimize patient experience, and drive quality and safety improvements in partnership with Service Line and Medical Group leadership; oversee performance metrics and work with providers to enhance practice growth and efficiency.Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding, maintain provider schedules, manage budgets, and monitor procedural utilization; foster a positive practice environment, support staffing and talent retention, and represent the service line on relevant committees.

Position Qualifications

Active board certification in UrogynecologyLeadership experienceAdvanced degree (e.g. MPH, MBA, MHA) preferred.
