Job Description
This position will directly support many of our Onboarding and Orientation Programs. Most prominent initiatives may be benchmarking against other nationally recognized healthcare systems, providing process improvement strategies to internship supervisor and ensuring accurate and accessible file storage for educational programs. This position will support a team that had over 15,000 participants in classes in 2024Project/position description:
Assist Transition to Practice Program Leads with benchmarking against other healthcare institutions nationally. Will include communicating with individuals outside of Children’s.Administrative responsibilities for programs and communication with participants pre and post class to ensure clear expectations and follow through.Attend various courses offered by Clinical Learning or other teams as needed to gain exposure to content and structure.Work with Manager to create 2 Standard Operating Procedures based on workflows of the teamWork with Programs Leads to ensure all active course files are transitioned from the P: drive(share drive) into appropriate Microsoft Teams channelsIdentify process improvement and demonstrate solutions for future logistics in annual planning for onboarding programsIf needed, assist with loading Clinical Learning course offerings into Workday for 2026Qualifications:
Progression toward an undergraduate or graduate degree in healthcare related field.Strong writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsSolid process, analytical, problem solving and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, project coordination experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience in Workday preferredExperience in Qualtrics or other survey building program preferredEducation
College or graduate student that is currently working towards a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or other related fieldKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
