Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager supporting our Neurosurgery and Urology Clinics, both based in La Crosse, WI. 

What you will do:

Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried positionProvide management and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Neurosurgery and Urology Clinic. Your time will be equally split between both departments. Manage and lead a team of ~30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, and schedulersWork collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Section Leads, and Department Chairs to achieve department strategic goalsParticipate in the design and construction process for the new Urology Clinic space!

What you need:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health-related field; nursing desiredMinimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical environmentIdeal candidate will:Enjoy innovative thinking and process improvement Be skilled in the areas of communication and flexibility Stive to continuously develop leadership skillsEnjoy developing, recruiting, and retaining talented staff
