Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager for the Sleep Center, based in La Crosse, WI. 

What you will do:

Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried positionProvide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services throughout the Sleep Center, a 24/7 operationManage and lead ~30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including Respiratory Therapists, OA, MAs, Clinical Sleep Education Specialists, RN, and Polysomnographic TechsCollaborate with the Clinical Operations Director and Department Chair to achieve department strategic goalsInterface with many different areas within the organization including neurosciences, pulmonary, ENT, cardiology, regional primary care departments, and more

What you need:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of clinical experience; experience with contracts, business, and finance is a plus!Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care ProvidersIdeal candidate will have: Ability to build trusting relationships within a teamGreat communication skillsDesire to engage and help to foster growth of staff
