They will lead and supervise a team of approximately 18 direct reports, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. The ideal candidate for this role will have employee health experience and be able to communicate effectively with partnered departments while working cohesively to move initiatives regionally.

This role is accountable for advancing nursing practice by advocating and consistently embedding evidenced-base practices and professional nursing standards.
Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN). Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
