Position Summary: The Clinical Nurse Manager for Home Care is responsible for managing clinical staff and evaluates quality of care provided. Interprets patient care policies for staff and assists in developing new polices. Facilitates decision-making and problem solving skills of staff. Leads multi-disciplinary team. E nsures safe, quality delivery of nursing homecare services. Performs treatments and related duties in the patient home as needed. Performs all the duties of the RN in addition to managing the Homecare Nursing Staff. Education: Bachelor's Degree or Masters preferred. Associates Degree required. Licensure: RI state RN licensed. MA State RN license required within 60 days from date of hire. Active Driver’s license. BLS required. Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in Nursing with at least two years in a Homecare setting. Two years Nursing leadership experience in home care preferred.
