Job Title: Clinical Manager of Hospice Services 

What You'll Do:

Responsible for supervising and guiding clinical staff in the provision of hospice services.Screens referrals and assigns patients to appropriate team members.Monitors individual caseloads and adjusts daily workload of team.Responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated, delivered and managed appropriately.Reviews staff documentation for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and quality.

What You'll Bring: 

Current RN license in the State of Maine.BSN degree or active matriculation in a BSN program preferred. Must receive the National Hospice Certification within 2 years of hire.Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in acute care nursing.One or more years of leadership experience in a Hospice program preferred.Recent experience in a home health, home hospice, or inpatient hospice setting strongly preferred.
