Monitors and ensures effective patient centered care and planning. Assesses planning activities and institutes P.I. activities to contribute to a goal directed environment. Documents all required information in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner, such as patient care changes and updating plan of care. Mentors staff regarding quality and efficiency of documentation. Ensures and evaluates nursing process documentation within Hospital and National Standards. Ensures the delivery of quality care through serving as a resource, mentor, and model. Manages emergency situations effectively. Monitors and ensures the quality of healthcare practices, such as the safe implementation of standards of care and accessing process improvement when needed.

Current California RN license and BLS certification required.
