Position: Clinical Nurse CoordinatorHourly Pay Range: $343.69 – 67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Location: Elmhurst, ILFull Time/Part Time: Full timeHours: Day shift, Monday – Friday

What you will do:

This position has accountability for the outcomes of care for patients in their specific clinical area in their assigned shift. Guides and directs a group of nurse-led patient care teams in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family and an exceptional patient experience. Serves as a resource for staff in resolving operational and clinical care issues, communicates and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other health care team members to achieve desired outcomes for plan of care, and guides staff development by teaching, coaching and mentoring staff. Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, approves overtime, and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Acts as a role model for clinical excellence for all members of the clinical care delivery team. Functions as a Nurse on the assigned unit.
