Managers the human and material resources of the Trauma Program in order to provide quality trauma care and an environment conducive to staff growth and satisfaction.  Development and implementation of the trauma program to achieve and maintain accreditation in collaboration with the trauma program medical director.  Coordinates all activities related to survey.  Oversees data collection, research, quality and education components of trauma program taking direction from trauma program medical director and hospital leadership. Supervises trauma program staff.  Ensures integrity and reliability of trauma registry data to PSTF.

Requirements:
BSN, MSN preferred
3-5 years relevant clinical or quality/performance improvement experience
3 yrs. relevant experience in a hospital accredited program, trauma preferred
Licensed to practice in PA
Microsoft office skills
Data management/analysis
Good communication skills
Ability to lead and work with multidisciplinary team
