As part of our dynamic CNS team at Riley Hospital, you’ll work full-time during the day—Monday through Friday—making this the perfect opportunity to elevate your nursing career with Indiana's leading healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Innovate: Create, implement, and evaluate programs tailored for outcomes management across designated patient populations.Educate and Empower: Provide education, advanced consultation, and management support for key service lines, ensuring your peers and patients are informed and empowered.Collaborate for Excellence: Team up with the patient care team to guarantee top-notch care while effectively managing clinical costs and enhancing service outcomes.Drive Quality Improvement: Utilize evidence-based practices to assess care pathways, uncovering opportunities for quality enhancement and cost savings.Lead and Evaluate: Spearhead initiatives focused on resource utilization and develop data-driven evaluations for continuous performance improvement.Qualifications:
•Requires advanced clinical skills; with appropriate credentialing based on the patient population (this is often reflected in an advance degree in the field of specialization; i . e . MSN or RRT.
