Sodexo is seeking a Fulltime Clinical Nutrition Manager 2 (Registered Dietitian) for Covenant Living of Inverness located 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The resort-like campus at Covenant Living of Inverness is surrounded by 190 scenic acres with beautiful landscaping and elegant architecture.  The community serves as a CCRC, providing a complete range of health care and wellness options to residents.

 

The caseload allows for the RD to conduct occasional Wellness Programs for the Independent Living residents as well, making this an ideal position for a dietitian with a combined passion for wellness and clinical nutrition.

Incentives Hybrid work model: ability to work 1 day/week remotely What You'll Do

The successful candidate will:

 

provide nutritional care to the skilled nursing residents;coordinate occasional wellness events geared to residents in independent living;provide staff in-services to the food and nutrition department and conduct regular food service audits;meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/orsupport the food service operation as needed. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

 

Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
