The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist is embedded in the Medical Oncology Clinic and/or Infusion Center to serve as the oncology medication expert.  This position reports directly to the Director of Medical Oncology.

The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist will assist in the optimization of medication management and participate in clinical decision making.  The responsibilities will include but are not limited to direct patient care, oversight of specialty med program, and chemotherapy regimen order completion.
