Job Description In the Clinical Performance Optimization team, you will work with process improvements, project go-lives, and reporting/analytics. This is a critical team that will provide insight across various programs and lines of businesses across the company. Duties & Responsibilities: + Enhance program management/project management tools and reporting + Create portfolio level reporting across teams + Learn business areas and create process flows for key business processes + Assist with team meetings (notes and facilitation) + Review key program dependencies + Perform Analyses on complex data sets + Generate ad hoc and repeat reporting to support multiple departments Minimum Qualifications: + Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.
