Short Description Support the administrative functions and the clinical operations of the unit.In conjunction with the management team of the unit, develop and maintain unit-based systems and processes required to ensure that non-clinical aspects of care delivery and unit operations are well coordinated and efficient. Assume responsible role in the management of the physical unit and establishes procedures to facilitate effective utilization of resources required for patient delivery.

 

Experience Required Minimum 1 year administrative experience, required.1-2 years experience in an inpatient setting, preferred. Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required.   Associate's degree preferred. Special Requirements Excellent organizational skills;Ability to work in all levels of health care provider organization;Excellent interpersonal skills;Proficient telephone and computer skills.
