Clinical Operations Project Coordinator
Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) is seeking an analytically minded individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to collaborate with all departments to strategically grow our hospitals as we continue to rapidly add to our existing network. The individual’s analyses, recommendations, and ability to execute collaboratively will directly impact the growth of dozens of hospitals under their guidance. Responsibilities Manage project activities for multiple projects simultaneously Partner with Clinical Ops VPs to determine Initiative Priorities, Performance Expectations and Project Timelines Use Leadership Team inputs to plan and execute Clinical Operations Events Regularly communicate and provide accountability for Project Statuses and Tasks to Regional Directors Launching, maintaining, and continuously improving Clinical Operations Initiatives Lead and manage project documentation Oversee excellent (internal) client experience within Clinical Operations Project Platforms Prepare and maintain detailed project status reports Act as a key point of contact on defined initiatives Preparing and leading Project Meetings as well as ensuring project meeting notes are captured and recaps are prepared for distribution to the project team Regularly communicate with key stakeholders and Field Leaders on Initiative Launches, Updates, Performance and Execution Requirements Bachelor’s (Preferred) Reside in Birmingham (required) ~90% in-office working schedule (less than 10% of time, travel) Confident communicator (i.e. hosting Webinars, leading meetings with executives, leading conference calls, speaking to larger groups in-person, etc) Intrinsically motivated self-starter, initiator Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong client-facing and teamwork skills Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for varying audiences Competency in Microsoft and Google applications - including Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and Powerpoint/Slides Benefits Work with an organization recognized as #1 in Healthcare by Newsweek’s Most Loved Workplaces in 2024.
