Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduledThis role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:Texas: LubbockFlexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.Work Status Available:Per Diem / On Call, DayShifts Hours: Monday-Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM, and Friday 7AM - 3PMPositions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies. 

Required Qualifications:

PharmD - Pharmacy orBachelor's Degree - Pharmacy    Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experienceCompletion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
