Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is 7 on-7 off position  and will work  10-hour, Night shifts.

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational  services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:

PharmD: Pharmacy Doctorate, or bachelor's degree in pharmacy.California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
