Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational  services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

SCHEDULE: Variable, M-F 0600-1530, M-F 1000-1930, Sat/Sun 7:30-1700
 

Required Qualifications:

PharmD Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License 

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
