Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA 

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational  services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift: Day Shift, Part-Time Position, 1040-10 Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week

Required qualifications:

PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy. Or Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy. upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License (Vendor Managed) When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).

Preferred qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Board Certification
