SCHEDULE: Night; 10-hour shifts, 7-on/7-off, hours: 2030-0630

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:

PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy     Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
