Clinical Pharmacist Job Description This position will be the expert of the team on clinical issues in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy and other staff pharmacists. You will be responsible for working in a collaborative culture focused on designing, implementing, maintaining, and measuring pharmacy-related utilization management programs. This includes but is not limited to the development of workflows, criteria development, and ensuring that URAC accreditation is maintained. Qualifications + MUST HAVE a Nebraska Pharmacy License + Ability to review and approve scripts for providers + Evaluate the necessity of prescribed drugs/procedures + Ensure alignment with current medical practices + Knowledge of BCBS of NE policies on reimbursement Work Environment 100% remote role.
