Clinical Pharmacist - Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA
 

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational  services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Shift Details:

Full-time, 1 FTE, Variable Shift, 0040 - No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week
 

Required Qualifications:

PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License  When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
