Job Summary Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy Hybrid position- Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm, No Weekends Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Rheumatology CPP . Onboarding will require in person relationship building with clinics Additional onsite presence may be required to maintain relationships and build referral volume Pharmacy Education: Graduation from a School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. 3-5+ years of clinical practice experience or experience in clinical specialty practice area Postgraduate residency training (PGY2) or equivalent experience in clinical specialty practice area Licensure: Current licensure by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist. License must be maintained in good standing. Certifications: BPS board certification Pursues Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) upon hire The pharmacist serves as part of the healthcare team at Novant Health by supporting authentic personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support system, collaborating with team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health. Qualifications Education: 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, required. Doctorate of Pharmacy, preferred. Experience: Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy, required. Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required. Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures.
