Clinical Pharmacist - Ambulatory

Monday through Friday shift, no weekends or holidays. 

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational  services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required qualifications:

PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy -OR- Bachelor's Degree of Pharmacy      Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred qualifications:

Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
