Clinical Pharmacist I-Supportive Care

The pharmacist, a licensed professional, collaborates closely with the Supportive Care Team to advance the objectives of the Integrative Care Service and inpatient Supportive Care Team patient care. They diligently work to ensure the optimal delivery of pharmaceutical care and service, while also contributing to performance improvement initiatives. Whether through direct involvement or occasional leadership of quality improvement team efforts, they play a vital role in enhancing patient care standards. Effective engagement in constructive problem-solving with peers, subordinates, and supervisors, along with fostering frequent team-building interactions, is integral to this position's success.

Your qualifications should include:
Minimum Education:
Graduate of ACPE-accredited Pharmacy School or School with ACPE accreditation pending
Req. Certification/Licensure:
Current CA Pharmacist License BLS certification or within 3 months of hire
Preferred Courses/Training:
PGY-1 Residency; PGY-2 Residency preferred.Pref. Certification/Licensure:
