The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).

Required Qualifications:

PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in BS in Pharmacy Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire. National Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire. 2 years of Hospital experience, or Pharmacy Residency.
