Qualifications: Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree. Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice Experience: Completed PGY-1 or 4 years hospital pharmacy experience in specialty area Certifications: Eligible for Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification (preferred in area of specialty practice) Preferred Experience: Four or more years clinical experience and a PGY -2 residency is preferred.
