The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).

Required Qualifications:
PharmD Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy. California Pharmacist Registered upon hire BPS certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in Pharmacotherapy and/or specific area of practice (where applicable and within 2 years of hire if not already certified) When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable ACLS/PALS/NRP where applicable 2 years of PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice settingWhy Join Providence?
