Position Title: Clinical PM Intern

Location: Assembly Drive. Rockford, IL 61109

Department:  Clinical PM

Shift: 1st

Reporting To: Director, Clinical Project Management

Responsible For (Staff): None

The Clinical Project Management Intern will implement a system to efficiently close out non-conforming reports to bring them into compliance and maintain moving forward.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish a system to close out non-conforming reports. Cross-check Quality agreements to determine instances not needing customer authorization. Implement cadence to keep reports from becoming aged. Review Quality agreements to determine where customer approval not needed. Implement system to close out all available non-conforming reports. Submit disposition and IDR’s to close out non-conforming report.  Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

On an average day, the individual can expect to move and/or transport up to 25 pounds between 1/2 and 3/4 of the day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Working toward Bachelor's Degree in related field.College Level Math SkillsAdvanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.           Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.

Ability to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.Ability to work independently and/or part of a team.Ability to display original thinking and creativity.Ability to hold oneself in a professional manner.

The hiring rate for this position is $20.00/hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
