Clinical Positions in Cardiology 2024-2025

The Division of Cardiology in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is seeking applications for Clinician-Educator positions in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor ranks. The position involves participating in university-based general cardiology practices throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Candidates are expected to be board eligible or board certified in Cardiology. Additional training in EP, MR and/or CT imaging is desirable but not essential. The candidate will participate in teaching medical students, residents and cardiology fellows, in addition to full-time clinical activities. An M.D. or D.O. is required.

The posted UC salary scales [https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/compensation/index.html] set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The salary range for this position is $134,700-$820,000. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
