Short Description Coordinates receptionist and clerical responsibilities for office. Assigns coordinates and solve problems to assure smooth operation of the office. Maintain inter-department communication for problem resolution with Office Manager. Responsible for assuring adherence to hospital/departmental policies with regard to safety, drug storage and front desk operation. Experience Required

Minimum one year of recent healthcare experience preferred and/or documented evidence of externship completed in a medical office.

Electrocardiogram (EKG), vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection experience.

Electronic health record experience preferred.

Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.

 Outstanding patients experience skills.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

License/Certification Requirements Graduate of a post-secondary medical assisting education program accredited by NJAC(13:35-6.4) approved certifying body AND current certification from a recognized certifying board approved by NJ Board of Medical Examiners.
