The Clinical Program Coordinator is a master’s level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians and case managers. The Program Coordinator supervises the methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of the assigned staff members. As a supervisor you may be responsible for completing treatment should the staff member not be available. Supervision towards clinical licensure offered!
Required Experience: Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field Two years minimum supervisory experience in a related field Two years minimum experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation required Responsibilities: Supervising clinicians and assigned case managers Ensures that all supervision is documented in a timely manner Attends treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff Reviews and evaluates the performance of the staff, in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region Provide staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary Ensures the proper implementation of the in-home treatment plan, assessments and interventions provided Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships Benefits: Health, dental & vision 3 weeks paid vacation 11 paid holidays (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)
