The Program Director leads the operational processes and clinical service delivery of the outpatient treatment
program. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring excellence in the program development, operational
processes, financial performance and growth of the program. Shall ensure appropriate staffing patterns and that
staffing meets the needs of the youth and families we serve. Depending on site, the Program Director reports to the
National Director or the Executive Director. This position shall supervise clinical and administrative staff.

The Program Director shall ensure all services are culturally responsive and relevant. They will design and oversee an array of effective and evidence-based clinical programs and services designed tomeet the individual and unique needs of the students served in the program. 

Must have a Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Human Services and Current State licensure - LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
