SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports directly to the Program Director weekly and as needed. Reviews all incidents immediately and informs appropriate staff, Program/Regional Director, CR Operations Supervisor, and QI. Assist in the handling of crisis and emergency situations. Conduct staff and house meetings bi-weekly Identify/conduct trainings in conjunction with orientation of new staff and ongoing professional growth/development of staff Provide support to all staff as needed Assist in the coordination of all activities of the community residence. Perform unannounced checks of weekend and overnight staff program functioning Participate in Supervisory on-call schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree in Social Work with a minimum of three years of experience working in the mental health, residential or other appropriate child welfare setting. Must have experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children. (LMSW or LCSW required; English/Bilingual) Acceptable background clearance check through State Central Register, Justice Center and compliance with health regulations for physical examination and Mantoux testing; COVID vaccine
