As a School Based Clinical Provider Supervisor, you'll lead a team of talented clinical providers, managing their performance and ensuring they're meeting their job duties and responsibilities. You'll contribute to the success of our School Based department and help drive strategic goals. Plus, pending approval from the PFH Licensure Committee, you may even have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to individuals in training!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of clinical providers, offering regular individual and team meetings to ensure they're reaching their full potential.Manage your team's schedules, ensuring they're effectively managing their time according to DMH standards and departmental needs.Provide individual, group, family, and other practical counseling services to clients.Participate in emergency services to provide rapid aid in emotional crises.Assist in hiring new staff members for School-Based Services.Participate in and contribute to staff development and training activities, including new hire trainings and orientations.Qualifications:
