Job Summary
This position is fully remote; however, Recruiter must be available for frequent work days based out of Massachusetts.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering on all facets of recruitment across the system as it aligns with Covenant's recruitment strategy. Serves as internal employment consultant to ensure the best talent is hired across the Covenant system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Develop and deliver on local recruitment plans by working proactively with hiring managers on position descriptions, sourcing strategies, and the selection process.
+ Source new candidates through a variety of tools including websites, job fairs, data base searches, particularly utilizes job boards, niche' sites and other related industry websites.
+ Maintain system-wide consistent protocols for the recruitment process, including co-ordination of interviews, candidate communication, travel arrangements, and relocation logistics.
+ Evaluate applicants by conducting a pre-screen to determine if the qualifications meet the jobs requirements.
+ Network with association memberships, trade groups, community partners and employees to obtain top talent.
+ Coordinate and implement strategies to partner with local colleges and universities.
+ Participate in significant Human Resources initiatives. Maintain collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues.
+ Support and promote the mission and values of Covenant Health and the Catholic Health Ministry.
+ Other duties as consistent with this role.
Job Requirements:
+ A minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience with all levels, preferably in healthcare.
+ Bachelors degree preferred.
+ Proficient knowledge and experience with direct sourcing using social media methods
+ Have excellent internal and external customer service skills.
+ Possess attention to detail and extremely organized to handle multiple things at one time.
+ Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
