This position has the opportunity to work remotely. 

Responsibilities Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies for assigned licensed positions Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure effective recruitment strategies Focus on continually enhancing and improving the recruitment practices and outcomes.  Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of outpatient physical therapy centers. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience Three (3) or more years of recruitment experience Expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition processesWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databasesExperience sourcing and creating pipeline of qualified candidatesProven proficiency in developing sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels and sources

 Preferred Qualifications:
