Clinical Recruiting and Sourcing Specialist - Remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for high volume recruiting including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing clinical/medical professionals (Independent Contractors) for contract work & then document and update recruiting tools (Excel, Smartsheet, etc.) to ensure accurate direct candidate sourcing ensuring IC application, documents, and files are complete meeting accreditation requirements and best practices. 
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies (to include advertising materials) from both tactical and strategic perspectives leveraging Indeed analytics to evaluate ongoing algorithm performance and inform advertising / sourcing strategies. This includes researching and implementing alternative recruiting strategies - licensure lists, universities, psychology/social work platforms, LinkedIn, cold calling etc. 
- Act as a lead consultant to the business about healthcare recruiting trends and various recruiting activities building partnerships with various levels of management and departments to support recruiting needs, providing ongoing status updates and reports to Operations on recruitment progress. This includes holding ongoing meetings with each PM/portfolio designee to stay abreast of changing contract needs and priorities monthly and mapping weekly pipeline progress to continually assess Independent Contractor coverage gaps and targeted recruiting efforts. 
- Mentors Recruiting Coordinators.  
- Act as lead consultant to Recruiting Manager about healthcare recruiting trends and various recruiting activities.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.- A minimum of three (3)+ years full cycle recruiting experience required.- Experience recruiting in a high volume required.- Knowledge of general recruiting practices and procedures.- Effective communication skills.- Proficiency using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.- Advanced Excel experience with ability to track and create weekly update reports.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous healthcare/clinical recruitment experience is highly preferred.- Proven track record in executing successful recruitment strategies.
