Regions Hospital has a leadership position open at our outpatient rehab clinic at the HealthPartners Neuroscience Center. A portion of the job will be spent in clinical care and a portion in administrative duties. This position would be a great fit for an experienced Rehab Therapist with either strong leadership skills or an interest in moving into a leadership role.
The clinical supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision of the therapy site. Daily responsibilities include the provision of therapy services to patients, the supervision of permanent and casual employees, staff development, program oversite and development and communication responsibilities. This position works with the rehab leader team in collaboration to meet the needs of the organization, staff, patients, and community. The role will have responsibility for assigned areas across the departments. Ensure that the clinic operates in an effective manner with stewardship in mind. Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 5 days required, exact hours to be determined
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from college or university with a bachelors, masters or doctorate degree in Occupational, Speech Therapy or other clinic therapy role. Requires 3 years work experience as a therapist. Holds appropriate MN license for clinic care area (i.e. OT, PT, Speech). Current BLS or CPR for Patient Care Providers offered through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.Preferred Qualifications:
